Who is clay aiken?

A former contestant who came second on American Idol's second season in 2003, Clay Aiken from North Carolina, has since released billboard-topping multi-platinum albums and singles, written a book documenting his rise to fame and made the move to Broadway in the hit comedy musical Spamalot as Sir Robin in 2008.  Since then he has run for Congress and The House of Representatives, and continues his philanthropic works.
