He caught his big break when actor Vince Vaughn spotted him and asked him to join his 2005 Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show tour. Since then he has appeared on TV shows like Comedy Central Presents, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Comics Unleashed. A man of many talents, Maniscalco also presents the hugely popular radio show "The Pete and Sebastian Show".

Raised outside Chicago by Italian immigrant parents, he's turned a lifetime of family dinners, social etiquette, and everyday frustrations into a comedy style that's as physical as it is sharp.
