Why see John Mulaney?

John Mulaney Is Back

With the face of a teenager and a deep, rich voice that belie his 43 years of age, the Emmy-winning John Mulaney has taken the comedy scene by storm. His acerbic wit and intelligent observational humour made him a perfect fit for Saturday Night Live, while his versatility as a performer helped him secure a spot in the Broadway Hall of Fame with his production, The Oh, Hello Show. Mulaney resonates with his generation as he weathers the climes of adulthood and uncertainty, all the while coming across as an adorable geek.

The Mister Whatever Tour

Now, fresh from the successes of his Netflix stand-up special Baby J, his quirky talk show Everybody's Live With John Mulaney, Mulaney will be taking his Mister Whatever tour across North America. An air of vulnerability and self-deprecation remains a hallmark of Mulaney's routines, which range from light-hearted, youthful anecdotes about hangovers and bar-hopping to much deeper, intellectual content.

The Fella Was Tip Top!

It was an absolute delight to see Mulaney owning the room last night! His material flows from being wonderfully honest about his life to just being delightfully creative (the Wizard of Oz bit had me doubled over, as did the Dryer.) So glad I attended this show! ... Read more

Masterful and Honest

John I know you will read this - because you love attention. You did a fantastic job last night. I raced thru the god forsaken streets to get to your show last night like it was the last Steely Dan concert performance - EVER. I am glad I saw you and I wish you nothing but good times and endless applause as you trudge along the road to happiness. SURRENDER!! PS - Please do what you can to avoid contracting and passing COVID 38 to friends, family, and fans. ... Read more

I love John Mulaney

JM is amazing. This was mine and my sisters first time seeing him live after obsessing over his other specials for many years. Most people are too busy being sensitive of people’s political opinions & have so many reserved opinions on people that they can’t enjoy the quality of an entire comedy show. I thought it was not only brave but inspiring for him to share very intimate and some no so flattering things that happened during his “spiral”/intervention. I’m also a huge fan of every single person he mentioned in the special and my sis and I were so glad to hear him talk about it because of course we did our research and knew about who was at his intervention. It was nice to hear him laugh at his pain like we normally do and to come out letting loose. ... Read more
