Eddie was funny af!
My man and I enjoyed the show. Eddie was hilarious and had my man cracking up! Glad we went despite all of the negative comments and reviews. If you attend a comedy show make sure to have thick skin and an open mind, or else you’re going to be sitting there being offended by everything. Anyway, the show was great, Eddie is a legend. We had great seats, great drinks, shot out to the bar tender, and then afterwards had a meet and greet with Eddie and flicked it up with him.
Alright
Overall not a horrible show, but not really that good either. Had some decent jokes, but a lot of misses (like commenting on how Ottawa doesn't have any homeless people). Also acts like he's more popular than he is
Find something else to talk about other than white people
First and last time I will ever go to see him the guy the hulk who opened for him was funny but after that I was not impressed and offended I have thick skin so for me to be offended saying something it was a roasting of white people and I didn't think it was funny at all totally disappointed 😔☹ï¸..
Horrible antisemitic rant fest from a washed up former great
This man needs the Betty Ford Center…PRONTO! He was impaired before he started and proceeded to drink himself into an incomprehensible mess during the show. He even threw his empty cups on the stage floor and watched them spin around, as if mesmerized. He called Jews “devils” and celebrated a bomb hitting Israel. He talked about how white people are losers about half of the show and how whites will soon become the slaves of blacks. What I could understand of his act was just unfunny…but he slurred and mumbled so much, I couldn’t understand a great deal of it. We left early because it was so unfunny. He used to be funny. Maybe if he got sober he could be great again, but I have now read review after review saying pretty much exactly what I’m saying here and this shit show has been going on the same way for a long time.
interracial couple, sit in back.
I'll give 1 star for the first few laughs I got until I literaaly became his show. I was so excited for my husband and I to go see him, and even more excited that we ended up with great seats. Midway through the show, it dawned on me that they placed us there FOR A SPECIFIC purpose, being the only interracial couple in attendance from what I could see. So, I sat there in the front and took his shit. There were even other people in the audience telling him that he was being pretty mean. Eventually I very quietly asked my husband if it would be considered rude to get up to use the restroom (had a UTI and the pre-show beverage hit me like a bullet train), and of course he called me out for talking in his show. So, I sat there in pain knowing that if I got up, he would make it about something else. Finally, because he wouldn't shut up and close the show I had no choice but to go. My husband left with me and of course we were heckled as if I we were doing the walk of shame; the white lady couldn't hack it and she controls the black man....bla, bla bla. Moral of the story, if you are an interracial couple, make sure you sit in the back; don't be the material for his show. OH, forgot to mention he was pretty sauced by the end.
Disappointed
Started late, Hulk who opened was pretty good, very disappointed in Eddy’s performance. The more he drank the worse he got, until it became distasteful and offensive. Not sure why the drinks kept pouring and the show kept going. Maybe Canada is not ready for the rascist, women bashing nature that was portrayed. Most of the show the audience stayed quiet, and just watched in awe as each drink was poured and finished. What a waste of money. Very disappointing to see a big star fall flat
