ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOURNEY LIVE COLOSSEUM

Every one of the bandmembers was energized an electrifying with the exuberance that I remember from the very first journey show that I saw when I felt young. Each cameo of every amazing talented performer was well thought out for their presents on the stage and shining their talent in the moment of each of their best sets. The show was absolutely amazing the musicality was breathtakingly music to my ears I felt like I was back in a time where the music was good and that I was again the music was very very good!!! A must see show

JOURNEY IS MISSING 1 ELEMENT...STEVE PERRY

I saw Journey in 1981. AMAZING! I saw them in 2019 in Houston with Def Leppard and was impressed with Arnel's singing and sounding somewhat like Steve Perry. Then I went on October 25th to Vegas to see them. Arnel was way way off and it sounded like he was using some sort of voice assist? The singing was going but his lips were not in time with music some of the time. You could really notice when you looked at the big screen. Neil did several guitar riff solos, and all band members did their solo thing. I liked those a lot because you can see what true artist they really are. Then it hit me, and no offense to Arnel, but it's kind of like a tribute band without Steve Perrys pure voice. The highlight of the evening was when Neil Shon did mention Steve Perry and asked us all to turn the lights on our cells phones as a tribute for one song. Shocking in a way considering the not so nice things the band members had to say about him over the years. I am a die hard Journey fan but this last performance was not so great. I understand more since I read that Neil Shon had mean things to say about the curent band members on twitter because the band mates went to the white house recently. Come to find out the band members just really aren't friends? It explains a lot after seeing how disjointed they were. Poor Arnel was running around like a chicken to each member trying to smile and pull it together. The voice assist was pure disappointment. He was so pitchy too. They need to give it a rest for a year. OR try to get Steve to come back, which would never happen after all the bad blood. So sad. Journey is only Journey with Steve Perry.

PRETTY GOOD

I thought going in no Steve Perry, that’s ok, actually vocals were ok. Bad part is that Neal Schone thinks he’s the band. Wrong, anyone can play a lick on guitar. Arnel was good, not great, problem is, Neal thinks it’s his band. Neal time to concede.

JOURNEY NOT GOOD

Saw opening night at caesars palace last night. Show was terrible. A lot of annoying Neal Schon guitar solos and not a lot of singing. The two drum and piano solos were time fillers and I didn’t pay to hear classical music on the piano. Visually they looked like miniatures on a big stage. Visually awful. The stage was flat. No set designs. Everything on one level. Arnel is no Steve perry. His constant running and jumping became distracting. Too Many breaks were taken between each songs. They looked liked they were going through the motions. Encore was one song. Started at 825....out the door at 945. Not worth the money. Go to see Aerosmith. An unbelievable concert and great proformers .

DISAPPOINTING...

What’s wrong with Arnel? His voice was “off “ and lyrics garbled. The lead guitar overwhelmed the songs. The bass and extreme volume kept us from understanding the lyrics. The show was late starting and ended early. We expected more.

TOO MANY SOLOS

My mom & I saw my favorite band of all time, Journey, at Ceasar's Palace on 10/19. I have seen Journey 4 times live, and this is the worst performance I have ever been to. WAY too many solos, that were WAY too long. How about actually playing more songs that your audience wants to hear? This was so extremely disappointing. Journey: you can do better than this!
