Great show bonnie
1st saw her in 1971, and several times in between- she can still sing the blues with the best of them and her slide guitar is awesome. Thanks for a great show - and the Warner is a great place for a concert- fabulous sound!!!!!
Bonnie has lost nothing and gained much
I have seen raitt several times so I wasn't excited when I had two tickets and had to go alone. But as the show evolved I marveled at her performance at 74...she could have been 44. Loved the Prine tributes and others songs done in her own way. Wow..go see her while you can. She burned down the house!
Something to talk about!!!
There was a lot of loving at Bonnie’s concert last night at the Burton Cummings theatre… us (mostly) boomers loved her and she loved us. What a voice! What a musician! What a band! Why have we not seen her in concert before? The Burt was a perfect venue, almost intimate feel for a crowd of 1500. Royal Wood was a great surprise as opening act. All in all, Bonnie gave us something to talk about !!!ðŸ‘
Great crowd rapport plus A+ band, don’t miss it
What a perfect show in Saskatoon, A+ show plus A+ musicians. Bonnie completely delivered on vocals, guitar and song choice however I have to admit I was really really impressed with her fellow guitar player who’d back into the weeds with some very tasty chords and chops and when needed stepped up with very creative and inspiring solos with a tone and style really had me thinking I should review the basics of my guitar playing. Don’t miss this tour!
Bonnie's Like Buttah!
Her voice was like velvet! Velvet butter! At 73, she just gets better with age like a fine wine. What a class act!
Bonnie Raitt :Check that on the Bucket List
I have been wanting to see Bonnie Raitt in concert for a long time and was especially pleased to see many others like me. The concert appeared to be sold old out. I loved how she talked to the audience between songs...very funny, engaging and a hellava musician. My favorite song she sang was John Prine's 'Angel From Montgomery.'
